It’s Thanksgiving. As I look back on the year, I have plenty reasons to be Thankful. I have my health and have a direction in my life. I had many opportunities to photograph scenes from the Roads of Chesapeake Country on Maryland Eastern Shore, a project that I realized in April of this year I had been doing for several years.
Looking back on those past years I decided to select an older photo as this week’s Photo. This is one of my favorite and this year really hits the mark. I was at one of my favorite places on the Chesapeake Bay, Ferry Park in Rock Hall. The waters of the Bay was a bit rough that day, but with the skies being clear, the view ahead was clear. Many times the Bay Bridge is lost in a haze.
At the beginning of the year I had developed a plan for the year, but it still wasn’t clear. On that faithful day in April, even though things were still a bit rough, the future became clear.
