Blue Heron Park with a marsh dock is a place see wildlife. Built a number of years ago it was falling upon disrepair until Scout Evan Pickering decided to repair it as his Eagle Scout project. He still has work to do, but it looks much better.
As you can see an osprey decided to photo-bomb returning to her nest.
You may also wonder why I didn’t remove the wires. One of my feeling for this project is that what is naturally there is what you will see in these photos. One day I may decided to remove the wires through the photo process.

With the addition of the re-published ‘Points of Interest’ series that will be published on Sundays, the “Photo of the Week” will now be published on Thursday. Even though Thursday’s are known for their Throw-Back Photos, these will be often ones shot in the previous week.
