There are 41 acres of tidal wetlands, non-tidal wetlands and uplands where one can see all types of wildlife such as herons, ospreys, eagles, ducks, geese, swans, turtles, bullfrogs, and deer.Ferry Point Park has approximately (1) mile of hiker / biker trails, sitting benches and interpretive signage.

Note:
With the addition of the re-published ‘Points of Interest’ series that will be published on Sundays, the “Photo of the Week” will now be published on Thursday. Even though Thursday’s are known for their Throw-Back Photos, these will be often ones shot in the previous week.
