While many may not know the name Tom McHugh, in the Town of Rock Hall and Kent County, Maryland he is a legend. This past May he passed away. He was also a good friend of mine.

During the annual Rock Hall FallFest, a festival he help create, he was honored. A few year ago he created with the Rock Hall Elementary School Music Department a Kazoo Band. The students in this year’s band played during the Festival.
